Endura-KT

A Local Anesthetic Option Developed for Procedural and Post-Procedural Care

What is Endura-KT

Endura-KT™ is a sterile, preservative-free compounded local anesthetic preparation containing tetracaine 0.2%, lidocaine 0.4% and epinephrine 1:250,000 after preparation. It is designed to support clinicians in managing procedural and post-operative discomfort.

Developed by clinicians who identified a need for an additional approach to local anesthetic management, Endura-KT gives licensed healthcare professionals an opioid-free local anesthetic option to consider when they determine that a compounded preparation is appropriate for a patient and procedure.

Why was Endura-KT Developed?

The story behind Endura-KT

The Endura-KT Difference

A New procedural approach to post-procedural pain

Opioid-free formulation containing tetracaine, lidocaine and epinephrine

Shield icon

Sterile and preservative-free preparation

Balanced, dilute concentrations intended to permit adequate volume administration at the procedural site

Syringe and vials icon

Multiple vial sizes to support different anticipated procedural volumes and established clinical workflows

Broad dental applicability, including clinician-directed use in extractions, implant placement, periodontal and endodontic surgery, grafting and related interventions

For patients, Endura-KT provides a local anesthetic option without systemic opioid administration. For practices, its standardized formulation, multiple vial sizes and office-stock availability where permitted may support procedure planning and workflow efficiency. Individual response, duration of effect and clinical outcomes vary, and the treating clinician determines whether Endura-KT is appropriate.

Our goal is to provide clinicians with clear, responsible, and compliant educational information that supports understanding of this compounded option, including its components, handling, and potential procedural applications as determined by the healthcare provider.
